every now and then potluck; Some of the leads were supportive

not after the quality of service but wants to end the conversation the soonest. even if it means customer will callback to know where the parcel is. Not efficient in managing the concern.

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Cons

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

No cons! Typical monotony that comes with a telesales role but the office culture makes up for it!
