Pros
I working for the Express division and I think we have a great strategy. In our country we are making great progress executing the strategy. It’s really rewarding to be part of a team which successfully implements al kind of new initiatives to facilitate growth, service quality and employee engagement.
Cons
The career advancement opportunities in Finance are limited if you are not willing to relocate abroad (small finance organization in country). The remuneration development for above CLA positions has been very poor in recent years.
