      Pros

      The pay is adequate and opportunities for advancement existed.

      Cons

      Poor communication between Operations and Sales. Promised service levels were constantly missed. There is a dysfunctional relationship with the contracted delivery agents that covered much of the country. Their compensation was inversely related to that of the best interest of the company and they subsequently sabotaged the company on a regular basis.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
