      Great experience of you want to gain understanding as to what is involved customers getting their packages. It's a lot of work.

      Cons

      Management pushes you a lot to make certain package Qty's. However worker moral is low as they do not always provide enough tools to get the job done.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
