Pros
Benefits were top notch compared to other large companies. There are a lot of good people who work there but are trapped by the pay and benefits.
Cons
Management is placed based on loyalty to above manager whether or not they can perform the job properly. Retaliation is taken out in the open and HR routinely turns their heads to the retaliatory actions, or worse actively assist in mopping up the messes.
