Pros

The job is work from home, which is nice.

Cons

I have been in this business for almost a decade. This is the worst brokerage I have ever experienced. I was talked into moving here because of they flexability they offered, but quickly that was taken away. They pose themselves as different from larger brokerages, but they are much worse. They act like they are your friend, but they have had issues with withholding pay, lying to employees about chargebacks, and pushing agents to use practices that put their licenses in jeopardy. The company as a whole is constantly not hitting its quota because leadership is an absolute disaster and has no idea what they are doing at all. I've never seen a company that has such poor upper management. They are scrambling to keep afloat and are calling former employees who quit and begging them to come back because nobody wants to continue working with them. Now that business is suffering they are trying to push new products and the pay is too low and morale is just gone. I was a top 5 agent and any concerns I had were "being looked into" I never got one real response, unless I continued to ask and by then often it was too late to resolve the issue. We were told that we should be grateful to even have jobs in the economy to make us feel good about the horrendous compensation. I would be very surprised if the company is able to survive for much longer.

Pros

Decent balance with your schedule

Cons

Since the year started, several agents are making about $1k less per week than they were last year around this same time. The work hasn't changed, the pay has. The company stopped paying hourly and only started paying based off of talk time/available time/meeting time. This was never disclosed publicly to agents. This was only found out on my end after asking management about it. They also hid the fact that agents won't be released from the agency unless our chargebacks are paid down (also was not disclosed publicly). I've been encouraged on many occasions by many different individuals in leadership to be non compliant. Not a good company. Has completely changed in a matter of months, and is very unfortunate.
