Pros

Seemingly friendly people and an ambitious company behind it with interesting projects.

Cons

After happily accepting DEPT's terms, everything was signed, sealed and delivered with regards to the contract from both sides. Thereafter I resigned from my now-previous role, not knowing I had made a massive error. In an incredible display of treachery and unprofessionalism, Dept decided to prematurely end my employment before I could even start. Their reasoning being that my role had become redundant after a massive client they were working on acquiring decided to downsize operations. This has, apparently, impacted their exposed tight hiring budget and lack of planning. Not only has my livelihood now been negatively impacted, I now have to deal with a serious loss of face regarding my nearest ones and direct network. No adequate solution was offered, other than a mandatory first month's salary compensation.

Pros

Lots of individuals that make up many teams from design, copy, motion, production artists, and even full-time strategists.

Cons

I left right before a big merge, so I can't speak to how it is after the merge. This review may be outdated.
