Pros
Great company for newly graduates. They will provide school like trainings both for technical and Nihongo. 3 months classroom type discussions for both technical and nihongo then they will deploy you to your respective section for OJT for the succeding 3 months period. Japanese work culture. Expect that overtime is very common to meet deadlines. But great work ethics, which Japanese are very known for. Great benefits - HMO, insurance, paid leaves, medical reimbursement, eyeglasess allowance, rice allowance, nihongo allowance.
Cons
Low salary during my stay. Salary will only increase though overtime. Not healthy work culture.
