      Pros

      You learn a lot working for a large Japanese based company and the standards are high.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst managers. You have to be somebody’s buddy to move up it doesn’t matter how good you are at the job as long as the managers like you.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
