I cant even understand how this company is running - Mechanical Engineer DENIOS (KY) Employee Review

Everyone is only looking out for themselves, there is no real drive to make the place better. It is not organized at all and I was told multiple different things from my boss my boss's boss and HR. Nothing ever stated as a problem gets fixed. The shop had constant turn over and missing equipment is always an issue. This place is planning on starting a second shift in the shop. The engineering department and sales were constantly having issues with selling something that isn't a product or selling something that has zero engineering approval. Have seen shop members do illegal drugs inside and on company grounds.
