Casual dress code and the ability to work from home during inclement weather. They do host "Team Building" activities a few times a year and they are usually a lot of fun
Cons
I don't even know where to begin! The Nixa office should definitely have an HR presence in the building at ALL times. The way upper management talks to and treats the employees is not only degrading but borderline harassment. These employees work many more hours than they are paid for and are still degraded for what the management team calls lack of ownership. They reel you in with empty promises of sign on or referral bonuses that more often than not are ever paid out. You have unlimited PTO time as per the handbook but good luck getting to take a day off. Those employees are overworked, underpaid and most importantly under appreciated for their efforts! BEWARE
