Pros
Theoretically lots of ways to develop your job, your self and your salary. If you find a safe niche within the structure you won't need another job for life. Great co-workes and very nice staff altogether.
Cons
Due some permanent transformations it is very hard to keep track of the structures. The truth today may be the lie of tomorrow. With all the grow and restructuring, the men at the base who actually earn the money directly by providing their services are forgotten.
