Pros

The only advantage working at DDDC is the work from home setup

Cons

Low salary despite high expectations, with no benefits and limited growth or support. Productivity monitoring directly affects the salary. Salary increase requests are consistently delayed or denied, only to be offered when an employee is about to leave showing clear inconsistency in the management decisions

Pros

I worked with DDDc for almost three years, starting remotely and later relocating to Dubai to work onsite. Looking back, it has been one of the most important phases of my professional career. The company gave me the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the UAE and Middle East, helping me develop both my technical BIM skills and my understanding of international project delivery standards. During my time here, I gained hands-on experience with multidisciplinary coordination, BIM workflows, client requirements, and project execution on a professional level. What I appreciated most was the trust and support provided by the management and team members. Even while working remotely, I always felt connected to the organization and had access to the guidance and resources needed to perform my work effectively. After relocating to Dubai, I received even greater exposure to large-scale projects and collaboration with talented professionals from different backgrounds. The work environment is professional, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement. Employees are encouraged to learn new technologies, improve their skills, and take ownership of their responsibilities. This helped me grow significantly as a BIM professional. I am grateful for the opportunities, experience, and career growth that DDDc provided during my tenure. I would definitely recommend DDDc to professionals looking for international exposure, challenging projects, and strong career development in BIM and digital delivery. Pros: Great learning opportunities, international project exposure, supportive team, career growth, professional work environment, and exposure to advanced BIM workflows.

Cons

Project schedules can sometimes be demanding, but this is expected when working on major international projects.
