3D conversion technology is cool and I enjoyed working with friends from business school. The CTO is solid with great insight into 2D to 3D conversion.
Cons
Weakness at the top, complacency and satisfaction with just drawing a pay check year after year. The company has very few commercial prospects and is already wringing the sponge dry. Licensing deals with Samsung and others are certainly enough to make the company profitable given its small size...but there's nothing new that will ever happen.
