The company has grown very fast over the past few years.
In 2018 management introduced a very controversial organizational structure called BETA. It is somewhat similar to holocracy.
The alleged absence of hierarchies led to problems on multiple levels, like for example the diffusion of responsibility, indecisiveness, a flawed salary increase process, just to mention a few.
Introducing this system was a bold and risky decision. Despite all the obvious problems and the wide-spread skepticism among employees management is unfortunately not willing to admit that BETA was a mistake.
