Pros
I liked how they treated staff when preforming well. Free breakfast and lunches often. If you do well you get bonuses. They have great benefits.
Cons
If you are human they will constantly remind you of your flaws. Although I did very well at the company I was constantly advised about how I could have done things a little bit better.
