      Pros

      Through all the craziness that has been DOGE, I’m proud to be a part of DCG leadership and how we’ve handled an incredibly challenging time. Losing projects overnight that we’ve been deeply committed to for years and beloved teammates is not for the faint of heart.

      Cons

      It’s a tough time for our industry and we’ve all been asked to do more with less as we rebuild.
