Pros

The people are passionate about what they do, some flexibility if you need to take off last minute for an emergency

Cons

All in office and everyone still just takes team calls, slow PTO accrual (if you’ve been there a decade+ you get a ton of time off, but early on you get peanuts). No one respects meeting times (this one drives me nuts), people ghost meetings, and let other meetings run on for 30+ extra minutes. Extreme staff turnover. People gossip about each other openly. Lots of office politics.

Pros

the only pro that i found working here is that you could really work when you wanted to just as long as you were getting your 40 hours and it was while they were open which was like 7am-6pm

Cons

horrible management and supervisors, they were all over the place and had no clue what was going on ever. they were super rude when you would try and talk to them. when i first started i wasnt told anything at all. i was left in an office by myself in a building that i had no clue where i was or how to even get to the bathroom. i was told to do videos on the computer. i was never checked on at all. there were multiple times where i was yelled at for not doing anything when in reality i was asking every single day what i needed to do. no one could tell me anything to do, i was just told to wait in my office until someone needed help with something which was never because no one is going to ask the new person for help. it was the absolute worst job that i have ever had. and to think that these are some of the people that are responsible for the foster youth is just sad... very very sad.
