      -CEO is a dinosaur. 80’s 90’s approach to business - Treat staff and customers like utter garbage - Want you to speak to customers/disputants like they are scum - Give people who work in actual Law and bad name and reputation

      Regular staff are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Poor Management, Unprofessional and condescending. The higher ups are also tight-fisted who refuse to provide basics.
