Pros
Remote work. No accountability so no one cares how poorly (or well) you do. The work is meaningful if you can ignore the politics.
Cons
No bonuses and no cost of living increases, they are telling us, for 2025. Always doing more with less and selecting buddies for management positions after pretending to give everyone a fair shot, or not even advertising them. No inspector general or watchdog to rein this place in.
