Worst company to work for, if you are joining do not join ops tech team. They do not respect women employees. psycho leader drinks and come to office and shout on women employees. He makes them to sit overnights. Lot of regional feeling and promotions are given to only women who are very close to them all manners. Even his boss is puppet and wont even respond to women problems. Biggest tragedy is that HR even supports manager and ask us to think in managers perspective
