Job is very simple, colleagues are friendly
Cons
Supervisor level does not consider feedback from employees. Entire management system have no initiative for efficiency. As long things are moving it does not need to be efficient. Promotion is very relationship based 5S executive even requested for penknife and claims its company item. Shows a lot about the company.
