1. Provided very little training and leave new employees to figure things out by themselves even during major events, and when they make a mistake due to lack of training, they face very harsh consequences from upper management. 2. No integrity. Many standards are arbitrarily set and even "made up" by upper management. Some standards are straight up impossible for operations to achieve for reasons beyond their control, and operations get punished for it. 3. A lot of internal competition and almost no transparency between departments. No sense of "one team with one goal" which is ironically the company's culture slogan. 4. Extremely long hours. Employees work from early morning til late night very often. One time they even called me on my personal phone during my approved vacation and tell me to go back to work. 5. They pay new employees more than existing employees. No salary increase for existing employees year after year. Goodluck keeping up with inflation and Vancouver cost of living!
