Cons
Management from VP's to Senior Directors and Regional Managers are completely clueless. "If it ain't broke mentality" and then there's Human Resources. NO SUPPORT!!! Upper Management is worthless, Human Resources is so afraid of their own shadows that when it comes to supporting local Operations they play it safe by ignoring company policies. A company hand book is there for a reason, presumably Legal has already approved it but, in my case my HR rep had no FLIPPIN CLUE. Instead she would tell me that my Employee Corrective actions weren't within company guide lines......REALLY, I copied and pasted my reasons directly out of the company handbook. TB is a total waste to resources and if it weren't for her being so far up the Directors but....she'd be fired a long time ago. BTW, the Director was recently FIRED so tick tock...she's next..... LOL
