You will learn the basics and fundamentals of transportation and logistics business from some of the best operations people in the industry. Compensation is adequate and in line with the industry. Financially stable company with strong backing from the DB group.
Cons
Slow to react to the market. Poor IT systems, which create more work for operators and provide zero visibility to customers. Top Management has created a toxic culture, it is a take it or leave organization.
