Regular check-ins during the contract period. Great experience with recruiter. A very professional company. Great overall experience. Would recommend and work with DB Healthcare again.

Lack of a handbook or clear policies for contractors. No response when reporting sick days. Limited opportunities for growth and exploration of other opportunities.

I’ve worked for healthcare contracting companies before, I’ve worked in one of the toughest hospitals in New York; One thing I can say is, DB Healthcare has definitely stood out and have proven their worth. I was managed by Trisha Fennessey for the course of 4 months. She’s truly the gem of the company. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her knowledge, advice and guidance throughout this entire process. She would answer my calls and e-mails during and post work hours. She’s an extraordinary DB Healthcare employee and HR recruiter. She works hard, she’s dedicated and she’s straight forward. She’s earned my full respect and appreciation. Everyone else was prompt in sending directions and documents needed for signature and authorization. I’ve never ever had an issue with payroll. Everything from start to finish was a seamless transition and perfect process.

I’m not getting paid for this review. I can truthfully say I have nothing bad or cons to state.
