Pros

I've been around the block and this place has the best infrastructure, support, culture of anywhere I have been to date. Cannot say enough good things about leadership and the direction of the company.

Cons

Certain policies that ultimately result in a BETTER workplace, but policies that may rub some the wrong way. (no cell phone use, etc)

Pros

DAVRON offers a well-structured onboarding and training program with clear systems, processes and performance expectations. The resources provided to support recruiter success are exceptional. Senior leadership was accessible and invested in my development. The CEO and the executive team consistently focused on innovation and streamlining processes. The work schedule (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM) supported a healthy work-life balance and a supportive team culture.

Cons

Processes are well-defined with increasing opportunities with tenure.

Pros

You can earn a good income here if you are ok with micromanagement, brown nosing and having that never ending feeling of being on “thin-ice”.

Cons

The owner walks through the aisles of the building swinging a pocket knife for starters. And while, I don’t think it’s done to be threatening, it certainly seems inappropriate. He’s a knife collectors and shows it proudly when he’s in a good mood because business is doing well. But, as life and business goes, it’s not always going well. He was consistently inconsistent in his demeanor and attitude. He once berated me for smiling as we passed each other in the hallway while business was down. “What are you smiling about? Do I look happy?” Was how he started the conversation.
