      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly, you really do feel comfortable from day one, employee engagement was great. Great place to start! Operations is the place to be in if you're looking to get promoted and advance in your career!

      Cons

      Don't care to change even though they seem to always be looking for it, won't bother listening when you ask for an increase in pay because they claim to already be competitive with pay when they really aren't, a lot of unnecessary chaos, doesn't really seem to understand how deep of a hole they have dug themselves.

      Free parking in garage cool coworkers

      Cons

      Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
