Pros
Datamark is a large company with an international presence that still somehow manages to retain the small quasi-independent feel of a local operation, much like the city from which it originates. What this all means is that it offers a very good work environment filled with talented and attentive leadership who are ready to help. There are opportunities for advancement, should one wish to pursue them.
Cons
Once again, the company takes after its city, which translates into wages that are on the lower side as far as the entry level/operator positions go. If this wasn't the case this reviewer would certainly consider staying with the company for the rest of his working life.
