Pros
Getting hired is easy, no technical interview very basic question, like what type of position you have worked for, how much will you take to find xyz skill resume. Was a piece of cake. Few of the manager have pathetic communication can’t even speak proper sentences.
Cons
Not sure if the name of the company is still Data Inc or now change to Director and Friends, whoever is friend to director can enjoy and have jolly time else will face hardship dirty politics, either have to resign or will fire you. It seem like company has become a den of friends having a jolly good time there, no such pressure, no expectation and no challenges for them, for others things will keep on getting tougher as the time passes. Can’t appreciate the sales more they are really good for Bank of America but other than this, all of them are expert in blaming recruiters for their failure, they make every small issue a huge thing and always show a wimpy face if you ask any feedback on interview or submission as tis not a part of their jobs. Not much learning just a 9-5 job.
