Pros
Being a part of both of the American Dreams is awesome. Data Facts is tied to two very specific industries. Buying a home loan and/or getting a job. Great benefits such as immediate vacation, 401k match, and insurance. Always very engaged to with the community and that is a win! Long tenure makes for a knowledgable staff. Good company
Cons
Since Data Facts is a small business, there are multiple hats to wear. While this isn't a huge deal for a quick learner, it does sometimes get overwhelming. BUT- these tasks are brought on by asking and doing. Not just handed to you.
