      People work well together, the benefits are great, mgmt cares about the employees and their advancement, work life balance, training and overall satisfaction with the company. Employees are a very diverse group.

      Pros

      They are a tech-savvy company and use a lot of new technology and software to help manage properties. Awesome work environment and support from the regional manager, they help get you certified and push you to grow in the company and lots of training. A very well-organized management company that feels like a second family to me.
