Pros
The only pro that it is better than unemployment
Cons
Expectationms sky high while compensation on the other hand.... Just to clarify a bit; Contractually you work "4 hours" a day. +1 if you ask for extra work as counting/sorting products. But on an average day you are expected to show up at 02:00 and is expected to finish delivering until 07:00 -> 5 hours Right? Right. However the money payed for the actual routes you have to take, was calculated by someone who has never once delivered anything thus is literally IMPOSSIBLE to finish given route "on time". In their mind you have from 03:00-07:00 (4hours) yeah right... You almost never leave depot before 03:30 already losing half an hour. So basically you have 3h30m to do a route that this "someone" calculated to be doable in 4 hours which is not even correct. On average you need 30/60m more than has been calculated. This results in constant complaints from both sides, customer and courier. 2/10 Would not recommend
