Pros
To be honest I've worked with a few real estate developers in the UAE and Danube Properties by far is the best to work with in terms of Manager/Employee respect. you're opinion or voice is genuinely heard you required to contribute in many tasks apart from your original required tasks which in my opinion helps you grow work wise everyone is helpful there and the office itself is very nice and doesn't have the office/cubicle feel to it.
Cons
I can't think of much except when there's a new project launching you are expected to work even on weekends.
