      Pros

      Its doing great work in other domains.

      Cons

      Being in an RPA Developer role in the company, my experience is that, DaasLabs is biting more than it can chew on. It is not ready for RPA. Doesnt have the money to hire experienced people and hence RPA division is struggling. Management is bad, huge gaps in communication.

      Early exposure to real-world AI/ML use cases. Freedom to experiment without heavy process overhead. Fast learning curve for self-driven engineers. Opportunity to take ownership beyond formal role boundaries. Minimal bureaucracy in day-to-day technical work.

      Weak senior leadership bench; lack of experienced guidance. Founder-driven micromanagement with shifting priorities. High initiative churn; many ideas, few completed properly. Overemphasis on visibility (CC culture) over accountability. Unsustainable workload and unclear long-term growth pat
