Went downhill in a hurry - Anonymous employee D4 Employee Review

Upper management only seems to appreciate sales reps. Sales reps tend to micromanage project managers and analysts. None of the project managers or technicians or analysts seem to be appreciated but sales people seem like they can do no wrong. Company wide meetings only really praise sales reps and not the works who keep the clients coming back. Virtually no work-life balance for technicians, analysts and project managers.
