We have a fantastic group of people who care, are talented and fun to work with. We do good work.

For those who like to be in the office full time, we give people lots of flexibility. Basically be in the office when you have to be including when we on board new employees.

You work with some very talented and professional people. Most of them were great and became great friends. Good projects and assignments to work on. Great benefits, unlimited personal days (when you could take them) matching 401k and healthcare.

Stingy on salary pay and just about everything else. CEO is one of the worst micro managers in the business, is out of touch but still acts like he knows everything. The atmosphere he promotes is very negative and composed of favoritism. He doesn't respect and reward the talent he has leading to high turnover and low morale. At such a small firm (15-20 people) it seems very wrong to see almost 15 hirings, firings, layoffs and plain quitting within 1 year with only a handful of people being with the company for 5 years+. Considers himself a comedian and often tells very inappropriate jokes.
