Pros
Some colleagues are nice and easy to work with. WFH arrangement for some departments (but with the overloaded works still have to OT at home)
Cons
Too many politics even at senior management level. Management show no respect to staffs with constant shouting, harassing even at nights and weekends. No increment for well performing employees (only up pay when resign).
