Flexible hours, great pay for motivated workers.

Some issues with management, not shop related.

Great place for overtime because nobody wants to work there.

Management is unprofessional, only care about certain people. They will nickle and dime you too death every year. Seasoned employees only get a 50 cent raise for the whole year. They need to fire all of Management and start over fresh. Too much favoritism there. They will feed you broken promises too keep you there.
