      Dishonest Upper Management, some antiquated processes in place, Upper Management favors and protects certain employees while taking other tenured and talented employees for granted

      Pros

      I have worked with various teams at DF Young for several years and their culture is unmatched. Leadership truly cares about every employee, and there is real cohesion among the teams. I love meeting with everyone there; doing projects for the company is a joy.
