people schedule last minute and it can mess up your schedule

- relaxed dress-code - great place to work if you love kids and baseball

- management is terrible. They seem to brainwash employees to think that being an instructor is an actual career - No PTO - Incentives are close to impossible to hit because they have their 3 "all-star" instructors that they feed the best clients to - lack of leadership from upper-management - lack of respect for their customers - as they know (and have admitted) to ripping their customers off but still continuing to do it - An ultra-religious staff (not instructors) that will alienate you for not following their beliefs -just an overall bad group
