      Pros

      Have had a great time working here for the last few years. Pay has been great and I have worked on and off between full and part time with great flexibility.

      There are no "pro's" whatsoever to working for Jake Billings or any company he may be associated with.

      Cons

      The owner of this company, Jake Billings, flatly lied to me numerous times regarding the health of his company. As I'm sure you can guess, he promised to pay me, then promised he'd take care of my back pay, then literally told me "the check's in the mail". It never arrived. In addition to the bold lies he told to his employees, he also lied to his customers regarding how complete their projects were. Jake would routinely misrepresent the work to them, demand a payment, and then disappear for a while with no explanations given. Avoid Jake Billings at all costs.

The incident you are referring to where you did not receive a check did happen, we are very sorry that it happened. We take full responsibility for that. When we were made aware of the situation, we sent a representative to you with payment within the day and according to our records and your signature you were paid in full. The second issue that you are raising is something that we are not aware of. You worked on two projects for us. We can't find an instance within those two projects(or otherwise) where we took payment and did not perform the required work. We're sorry you had a negative experience with Cytrus Logic.       Cons

      Cytrus Logic hired me then a month later said they were unable to pay me. Around the same time they also fired and did not pay the project manager I was working with.
