      Pros

      High work ethics, the people in all teams are smart sharp, and very fun to work with. Great company events and happy hours for the employees. the management is as transparent as possible with all. I find myself learning constantly.

      Intensive work but not something unordinary for a startup

      Pros

      Solution super reliable getting 3 and 5 year contracts with F100 industrials. That never happens. Strong learning culture.

      Cons

      None as challenges are not exclusive to any start up.
