      The overall experience with the cynet till yet is so smooth and great. The detailing of induction and the the way the induction has conducted was awesome. I'm really happy to join the organization and hoping to achieve more here.

      Pros

      - Immediate team is great people to work with through lead level. - Work gives fascinating insight into AI/LLM capabilities.

      Cons

      - Management is invisible and arbitrary - No advancement path. Originally "advancement" was through increased responsibility with no increase in pay, eventually even that disappeared. - Pay is well below reasonable for job requiring advanced degree and experience. This is the "shadow" workforce of training AI. - No job security. At some point, you will be released with zero notice, you'll learn your contract has not been renewed by finding on a Monday morning that you can't log in and then seeing an email that was sent after work hours the previous Friday saying nothing more than you must return their laptop. - Contributing to the further erosion of human work.
