One of the worst companies with poor management - Account Executive Cynapto Technologies Employee Review

While I worked there, the only pro was WFH. Now it is WFO, so ZERO pros.

The board is incompetent and arrogant, especially the CTO and CEO. CTO has zero knowledge in deep learning, same goes for the TechLead. The team consists of folks from Tier-4 universities and have little knowledge as well. CEO seems to have inherited most of his wealth. Using this he has tried to cash in on the AI boom but it has been pathetic and amusing so far. Pathetic pay. If you are a proper engineer, no matter how bad your situation is, NEVER join this company. This WILL SEVERELY hamper your career progression years down the line. More times in job search is nothing compared to the years of career stagnation and damage you will face here. The worst part is collective arrogance and inability to learn throughout the company especially with CTO/CEO/TechLead. If they learned some humility that would be better.
