The algorithm to enhance the searching capability has a bright future. You feel free to talk to your boss on the work you do, and you can use your talent in any way to achieve your goal, there is very little limitations and regulations. People are very nice and easy-going.

Company is relatively small so you won't have many chances to know new people or hear about new technology (Of course you can always learn about them yourself)
