      company having Good culture for work

      Support is not available, and you have to manage things on an individual level. They deploy employees directly to the client side, where you are required to work independently.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
