Pros
Work with great and knowledgeable people. Get paid to do nothing. Good place to start out if you can't find anything and are desperate to get into the industry, just be prepared to only stay roughly a year
Cons
Terrible work life, sit around majority of the time. You are just a statistic to management and they do not care if you get let go. Flat rate raise across the board of around 2% - 3%, doesn't matter how much time and effort you put in and no bonuses. They are basically built off of zero accountability and will easily point fingers so SAVE ALL YOUR EMAILS! No moral boosting events, barely has any parties. Some years they don't do anything. Minimum benefits with no sick leave. Everything is money to them, so if they can cut corners, they will. Management is a mess and you have to run around and get your own work otherwise they will fire you.
