      they gave a good impression about the company on joining

      there is no salary hike even after I worked there for 2 years, that too after I was identified as a valuable employee. Pathetic

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
