As an employee I was majorly misinformed- With 5 months left on our contracts, Cyient Reading office laid off 50+ staff with 4 working days notice after reassuring everyone that we would remain in employment until the end of our contract.
Was "promoted" without a pay rise and made to come in to work out my notice when others on my pay grade were allowed to not come in whilst receiving pay.
Had to battle with superiors to receive fair treatment.
Had a team leader who was abysmal at communication and made the office feel like a primary school.
